The Lauderdale County Revenue Commissioner's Office is responsible for collection of all Manufactured home registration fees.<\/p>\n

Pay applicable sales tax and title fees to the License Commissioner's Office, then proceed to the Revenue Commissioner's Office to register your Manufactured Home and receive your decal.<\/p>\n

Basic registration fees for manufactured homes are as follows:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Manufactured homes are due for renewal annually in the months of October & November.<\/p>\n

All manufactured home registration decals must be affixed and plainly visible from curbside or drive for inspection purposes or be subject to a citation fee.<\/p>\n
