Job Title: Mapping/Appraisal Clerk
Salary: $29,500.00 Annually with Benefits
Position Description: Responsible for various mapping and appraisal functions on real property and personal property. Compares and verifies information on deeds, property sale prices and property records. Answers telephones, greets visitors and provides information and assistance. Requirements: Must have a good working knowledge of general office skills and equipment operation sufficient to handle a variety of duties. Must possess good typing skills, good math skills, and excellent computer skills.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
