Meet Probate Judge Will Motlow

Judge Motlow has been serving as Lauderdale County’s Probate Judge since 2015. Prior to serving as Probate Judge, he was an attorney in Florence. In addition to his private practice, he served as Municipal Judge for the Town of St. Florian and as Prosecutor for the Town of Rogersville.  Judge Motlow graduated from the University of North Alabama in 2004 with a degree in Economics and History. He obtained his law degree in 2007 from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. He is a member of the Florence Rotary Club and the Rogersville Kiwanis Club. He and his wife, Amanda, attend Magnolia Church of Christ in Florence.

Meet Chief Clerk, Amy LeMay

Amy D. LeMay has served as Chief Clerk of the Lauderdale County Probate Court since 2018. She began working in the Probate Office in 2013. Amy is a lifelong resident of Lauderdale County, Alabama.  She graduated from Rogers High School in 2002 and attended Northwest Shoals Community College.  She is a member of Killen Church of Christ and resides in Florence with her husband, Andy, and their daughter, Morgan.
